iWantClips is pleased to be able to offer Charge Back Protection™ to all artists. Charge Back Protection™ covers up to $5,000 USD per month in charge backs per individual artist or studio.
This coverage is limited to artists operating stores within the iWant network, and is not applicable on websites outside of the iWant network. Charge Back Protection™ is offered to all artists on iWant platforms who qualify. Artists with an excessive history of fraudulent activity and transactions are not eligible for this coverage.
IWC reserves the right to refuse Charge Back Protection™ to any artist who knowingly participates in fraudulent transactions. In the event an artist is aware a customer has previously filed chargebacks against them on iWant websites or other adult websites, Charge Back Protection™ will not apply towards any transactions with this customer. If the artist continues to engage in financial transactions with this customer, by providing services, including but not limited to, cam shows, phone chat or Pay-2-View, they do so at their own risk, and without Charge Back Protection™.
IWC further reserves the right to refuse ongoing Charge Back Protection™ to any artist filing a multitude of claims, or reaching exceedingly higher amounts and/or consistent incidences of charge backs, as compared to the majority of artists. Artists who become ineligible for Charge Back Protection™ will be notified of policy cancelation as soon as possible, but always within 30 days.
Eligibility guidelines are consistent with those of similar programs, and are in place to ensure the sustainability of Charge Back Protection™ for all artists who qualify for this service.
