Although we try our best to work with all Artists to keep their Store or Studio open, we understand that closing an account is sometimes unavoidable and so you may cancel your Store/Studio at any time. We welcome any and all feedback that led to your decision to cancel with us.
Any remaining balance within a Store Operator’s account will be paid out, on the next, normal pay-out schedule, if the Store Operator has met the required minimum payout amount.
Any Store Operator that has not met the minimum payout will forfeit the funds of their remaining balance, due to the fees for a Store Operator to receive their remaining balance being negated. However, the remaining balance will be available again if the Store Operator re-opens their same account at a later date.
