Closing/Re-Opening Your Store
Although we try our best to work with all Artists to keep their Store or Studio open, we understand that closing an account is sometimes unavoidable and so you may cancel your Store/Studio at any time. We welcome any and all feedback that led to your decision to cancel with us.
If you only wish for your Stores not to be visible to customers, we are able to place your account in "Offline Status", which will still allow you to sign in, but prevent your Store from being publicly available/visible.
Any remaining balance within a Store Operator’s account will be paid out, on the next, normal payout schedule, if the Store Operator has met the required minimum payout amount.
Any Store Operator that has not met the minimum payout will forfeit the funds of their remaining balance, due to the fees for a Store Operator to receive their remaining balance being negated. However, the remaining balance will be available again if the Store Operator re-opens their same account at a later date.
