Every custom clip order provides its own open private, instant messaging center between you and your customer.
To access this feature:
1. Click "Customs" within your Artist Dashboard on iWantClips.
2. Click "Custom Clip Orders".
3. Click the "View" button on the order you'd like to discuss with your customer.
This will bring you to a screen that shows you all of the details of the custom clip order, including the ability to message your customer and for your customer to message you.
