Setting & Updating Account Billing Information
In order to start receiving payouts for your Store/Studio earnings, you need to first be sure you have set up your Account Billing Information.
The information required on this page will vary depending on whether you are a USA-based Artist or an International Artist, and if you are operating as an Individual Artist or a Business.
These same steps can be used to update your existing payout information at any time, should it ever change
Please reference the table of contents below for more information on how to set and update your Account Billing Information depending on your account type.
Type of Account
Individual Artist Account
For Individual Artist Accounts, you will need to update the following information.
USA-Based Artist
- Legal Name
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
International Artist
- Legal Name
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
To update this information in your account, use the following steps:
1. Log in to your Artist account.
2. Click the "Account" tab in your Artist dashboard.
3. Click the blue "Open" link to the right of the "Payout Information" section.
4. Click the dropdown menu below the "Account Type" section and select "Individual".
5. Fill out the "Billing Country", "Payment Method", and "Pay Period" sections to reflect your location and preferences. Once these sections have been filled out, additional entry fields will appear based on your location and payment method.
6. Use the new fields to enter your:
USA-Based Artist
- Legal Name
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
International Artist
- Legal Name
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
7. Once you have entered all your information, click the pink "Save" button to update your Payout Information.
*Note that all fields display as blank for security purposes. This form only lets you update information. Although it cannot be viewed, it is stored securely.
*Note that even if you only need to update one piece of information (such as your Legal Name), it is advisable to fill out everything on the form (to include your Name, SSN/EIN, and mailing address). Please take special care to ensure the spelling of everything is correct and that there are no special characters.
Business Artist Account
For Individual Business Accounts, you will need to update the following information.
USA-Based Artist
- Business Name
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
International Artist
- Business Name
- Date of Birth
- Mailing Address
- Banking Information
To update this information in your account, use the following steps:
1. Log in to your Artist account.
2. Click the "Account" tab in your Artist dashboard.
