Setting Up Your AI Chatbot


Overview

This section provides step-by-step guidance for Artists on configuring and managing their AI Chatbots. You’ll learn how to complete the initial setup, personalize your chatbot’s persona, set pricing, and maintain ongoing chatbot management.


Step 1: Completing the Initial Setup

When accessing the AI Chatbot section of your dashboard for the first time, you will be guided through a three-step setup process:


Set Pricing: Enter your preferred price per message. The input field allows values between $0.05 and $100. You cannot proceed until a valid price is entered.


Select a Persona: Choose a chatbot personality from the available options. After selection, you can customize the chatbot’s details for further personalization.


  • Complete the Questionnaire: Answer key questions to train your chatbot effectively. Your responses save automatically when clicking outside a field. This step is optional but highly recommended for a better chatbot experience.


Step 2: Managing Pricing and Persona Settings

Once your chatbot is set up, you can access the ‘Settings’ tab in your dashboard to:

  • Adjust Pricing: Modify the rate per message at any time.

  • Update Persona Details: Edit persona fields with real-time character counters. Changes can be saved instantly or canceled without affecting existing settings.




Step 3: Enabling Your AI Chatbot

After completing the setup, navigate to the ‘Status’ tab to activate your chatbot. A toggle switch allows you to turn your chatbot ON or OFF. When activated, it becomes visible on your profile and available for fans to interact with.



Ongoing Management

You can return to your dashboard at any time to update your chatbot’s pricing, persona, and questionnaire responses. These updates take effect immediately, ensuring fans always receive an optimized chatbot experience.

Dashboard Insights: Tracking Fan Engagement

Your AI Chatbot dashboard provides real-time insights into fan engagement. Here, you can track:

  • The number of messages sent and received.

  • Active chat sessions to monitor engagement trends.

  • Revenue generated from AI Chatbot interactions.

Spikes in fan interaction can indicate a strong interest, while lower engagement may suggest the need for chatbot response improvements.


Improving Chatbot Responses: Enhancing Training

Your chatbot’s accuracy is based on the answers you provided during setup. If fans repeatedly ask questions that your chatbot struggles to answer, you can refine its responses by:

  • Updating the Questionnaire section in your chatbot settings.

  • Editing your Persona details to better match fan interactions.

  • Regularly reviewing chat logs to identify areas for improvement.

By making these adjustments, you ensure your chatbot provides a more engaging and personalized experience for fans.


Managing Payments and Transactions.


Tracking AI Chatbot Earnings

Your earnings from AI Chatbot interactions are displayed separately in the Payouts section of your dashboard. AI Chatbot transactions are clearly categorized, making it easy to monitor revenue.

Your Payout Breakdown Table includes:

  • dedicated AI Chatbot earnings row for tracking chatbot-generated income.

  • The total earnings from AI Chatbot messages over a selected period.

  • Automatic updates to the current payout amount.

Steps to Track Earnings:

  1. Log into your Artist Dashboard.

  2. Click on the Payouts section.

  3. Locate the Breakdown Table to view AI Chatbot earnings separately.

  4. Use filters to search transactions by Fan username, transaction type (AI Chatbot), or date range.

Sales Summaries and Payout Notifications

To keep track of chatbot-related sales, you will receive automated daily, bi-monthly, or monthly sales summary emails.

Each email includes:

  • A breakdown of completed AI Chatbot transactions.

  • The total revenue earned from chatbot interactions.

  • round diagram visualization displaying AI Chatbot earnings as a percentage of total revenue.

  • The expected payout date.

If you manage a Studio or Substore, AI Chatbot earnings will be consolidated into your overall earnings report.

Steps to Access Sales Summaries:

  1. Open your email inbox and locate the latest sales summary email.

  2. Review the AI Chatbot transactions section for a detailed earnings breakdown.

  3. Log into your Artist Dashboard to compare the email report with your live transaction history.

  4. Download the financial report from your dashboard for tracking purposes.

These notifications ensure you are always informed about your AI Chatbot earnings, helping you efficiently manage and optimize your chatbot business.
