Where can I change my Video Call Settings?

You can change your video call setting on the Video Call Dashboard page. To get there you can click on the Video Call tab in the dropdown menu or by proceeding to the Video Call tab within Artist store dashboard. 





How do I change my Video Call Settings?

When you proceed to the Video Call Dashboard page, you will see your video call settings. You can switch on video calling status to become available to Fans or switch it off to become unavailable. You can also set up a price per 1 minute of the call. The minimum cost per minute you can set can not be less than $1. The maximum price you can set is $100. 



What is the minimum Video Call duration?

The minimum length of a call is 5 minutes, which means that a Fan will be immediately  charged for five minutes after the call is connected. If your call lasts under 5 minutes, the Fan will still be charged the minimum amount that would be equal to 5 minutes. In cases where the video call ends with remaining seconds in a partial minute, the duration will be rounded up to the nearest whole minute. For example, if a call lasts for 7 minutes and 20 seconds, it will be counted as 8 minutes and the fan will be charged for 8 minutes of a video call.



How do I know when I have an incoming video call from a member?

When you receive an incoming video call from a Fan, you will see a pop-up notification, which informs you of an incoming call and allows you to accept the call. If you are expecting incoming video calls please make sure you remain within the IWC site. If you switch to another tab in your browser which is not IWC, you might miss the incoming video call pop-up notification, as it will be visible only inside IWC. 




How do I start a Video Call with a member?

When you receive an incoming video call from a Fan just press Accept on your pop-up notification. 



What are some of the settings that I can change inside a Video Call?

When you are on a call with a Fan you can switch on and off your camera and microphone. You can also use chat to write and receive in-call messages. Additionally, you have the power to switch off and back on your Fan’s camera and microphone if you wish so. 



Can members send me a tip/tribute during a Video Call?

You can encourage Fans to send you a tip/tribute, which they can do inside the call. As soon as you receive the tip you will see animation as well as a message in the chat.




What happens when a member is about to run out of funds on a Video Call?

You will be notified in advance when Fan is about to run out of funds. They can extend the call by adding funds. They have this option inside the video call. 




What happens after the call finishes?

After the call finishes you will be redirected back to the Video Call Dashboard page. In the Most Recent Calls section you will see your video call transaction. For more information you can proceed to the transaction page or view full call history by clicking on one of the buttons below. Alternatively, you can see the transaction details by clicking on Call transaction ID.
