Placing a call with an Artist of your choice is fast and easy on iWantPhone.
To begin, be sure you have funds added to your iWantClips fan account. The funds added to your iWantClips account are also the funds used to make calls on iWantPhone.
Please follow this tutorial below, that will walk you through the process.
Once you are on the Artist's iWantPhone page:
1. Click on the 'Call Now' button, for the phone line that you wish to call:
2. Select your desired call duration.
The call duration is how long the call will last. Call duration options may vary between Artists.
A minimum of 5 minutes will be charged, once the call is connected, even if the call is disconnected before 5 minutes. Any unused minutes after this minimum is met, should the call be disconnected, will be refunded back to your card.
When there is one minute remaining during the call, an automatic voice prompt will let both you and the Artist know. From here, you will have the option to add more time or to conclude the call.
The call will automatically disconnect after the entire call duration is completed.
3. A confirmation will then be shown, showing the cost of the call your available funds on your account.
Optionally, you are also able to add a "Coupon Code", if you have one from an Artist, that will either increase or decrease the amount of the call.
When you are ready, click 'Continue' to move on to Step 4.
4. Select the country that you are calling from and then enter your full phone number.

Optionally, you may save your phone number for future calls.
Once you have entered your phone number, click 'Start Call'.
5. Your browser will update with a new window displaying a 4-digit pin. The 4-digit pin is unique to each and every call that is placed, even if it is with the same Artist.
6. You will then receive a phone call from an (818) area code. This call is from our localized phone bank and not a direct number from the Artist. An automated operator will ask you to enter your 4-digit pin.
7. Once you have entered the unique 4-digit pin, our phone system will then call the Artist.
8. When the Artist you called accepts your call, your browser will inform you that your call is connected.
9. Your call is now connected and you can now speak to the Artist, using your phone.
10. When the call is completed, your browser will update you with a call summary. From here, you can see the total cost of the call, you can rate this call, and you can send feedback about your experiences using iWantPhone.
