A record of every custom clip order is stored in the site's database. In the event a Model uploads a clip that isn't in accordance with the parameters of the original order, or if you feel the clip is compromised in some way, a member of our team will step in to investigate the order's description to compare it to the clip that was delivered.
In some cases, a partial or full refund may be awarded to you, depending on how far the delivered clip deviates from the original order requirements.
