Members are able to block specific Artists from messaging them. On the Blocked Artists page, Members can view all of their blocked Artists. You can sort the columns by clicking on the column names and also search the table by Artist name or Block Date.
Note that just because an Artist’s name is in the table does not mean that they are blocked. The “Status” toggle must also be set to “ON” for the Artist to be blocked.
If you want to unblock an Artist, switch the Status toggle to “OFF” or click the trash icon under the Action column. Clicking the trash icon will delete the Artist from the table and unblock them.
How to Block an Artist
To block an Artist, click on the “+ Block Artist” button in the top right.
A popup will appear asking for the Artist you want to block.
Type the Artist’s username to search for them. Click the name of the Artist you’d like to block.
Once an Artist has been selected, click the Block button to add this user to the Blocked Artists list. Note that you can only block 1 Artist at a time. Repeat the process above if you want to block multiple Artists.
