How do I view all the Artists that I can Video Call with?
In your menu click on Video Call which will take you to the page with all Artists available for video calling. From there you can select any Artist and initiate the call by clicking on the Artist you wish to video call with.
How do I start a Video Call with an Artist?
From your dropdown menu proceed to the page with all Artists available for video calling. Then select any Artist you like and initiate the call by clicking on the Artist’s avatar you wish to video call with.
Make sure you have enough funds to initiate the call and start the call.
After that just wait until your Artist accepts the call.
What is the minimum Video Call duration?
The minimum length of the call is 5 minutes, which means that a minimum charge of five minutes will be charged to start a video call. Any unused minutes after the minimum will be refunded back into your account. However, if your call lasts under 5 minutes, you will still be charged the minimum amount. In cases where the video call ends with remaining seconds in a partial minute, the duration will be rounded up to the nearest whole minute. For example, if a call lasts for 7 minutes and 20 seconds, it will be counted as 8 minutes and you will be charged for 8 minutes of a video call.
What are some of the settings that I can change inside a Video Call?
When you are on a call with an Artist you can switch on and off your camera and microphone. You can also make the video full screen, so that nothing distracts you. You can also use chat to write in-call messages. Additionally, an Artist has the power to switch off your camera and microphone and switch them back on if they wish so.
Can I Send a tip/tribute to an Artist during a Video Call?
Yes, you send a tip/tribute to an Artist during a video call by clicking on the Tip/Tribute button.
What happens when I am about to run out of funds on a Video Call?
When you are about to run out of funds on a Video Call, you will see a warning in advance informing you about your low balance. You will also have an option to add funds to continue your video call. In case you run out of money and fail to add funds, the system will disconnect you with the Artist as soon as funds run out.
What happens after the call finishes?
You will see the summary of the call after the call finishes. Additionally you can check your transactions page, where video call transaction is recorded right after you finish the call.
